Terms of service

Arteemis Live is published by MEETALENT SAS. It lets a company configure an AI agent that demonstrates its own web product to visitors during live calls.

Your product and your demo account

You may only connect products you are entitled to demonstrate, with a demo account created for that purpose. You choose what the agent may see and which controls it must never press; actions that send, delete, publish or pay are blocked by default. You remain responsible for the content of your product shown during calls.

Calls and credits

One credit is one minute of live call, counted per started minute. Credits of a plan are granted at each monthly renewal and do not roll over. Ten credits are offered once when a workspace is created. When credits run out, calls stop until the next renewal or a move to a higher tier.

Billing

Subscriptions are monthly, billed in advance through Stripe, prices excluding VAT. A move to a higher tier applies at once with a prorated charge; a move to a lower tier applies at the next renewal. You can cancel at any time; access stays active until the end of the paid period.

Visitors' data

For the calls of your agents, you are the controller of your visitors' data and MEETALENT SAS processes it on your behalf: email, conversation, voice, recording and qualification, only to run the call and send you its summary. Recordings are kept 30 days, transcripts and summaries 12 months, then deleted. You inform your visitors; the call page states that the conversation is recorded and shared with you.

Availability

We aim for high availability but give no guarantee while the service is young. Planned maintenance is announced by email when reasonably possible.

Termination

We may suspend workspaces that abuse the service, demonstrate products they are not entitled to, or whose payment fails after reasonable notice. You can delete your workspace at any time from Settings.

Liability

Arteemis Live is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
