Privacy policy

What we collect

For a workspace: the members' email and name, the company's website, brand and agent settings, the address of the demonstrated product and, when you give one, a demo account whose password is encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. For each call: the visitor's email, language, conversation, voice, screen recording and the qualification written by the agent.

How we use it

Only to run Arteemis Live for you: sign-in, your agents' calls, the summaries we send you, billing. We do not sell your data, do not share it for marketing and do not use it to train AI models.

Retention

Call recordings: 30 days. Transcripts, summaries and qualifications: 12 months. Workspace data: until the workspace is deleted.

Your rights

You can delete your workspace and its data at any time from Settings. For any request, write to privacy@arteemis.xyz.
